Demand Generation Manager at LeanData

It’s an exciting time to join LeanData! We are building out our demand gen team and are looking for a rockstar Demand Generation Manager to help drive our growth.  
As the Demand Generation Manager, you are responsible for driving quality leads to fill the sales pipeline. You define and identify target segments and develop, plan, execute and measure integrated marketing programs to generate qualified sales opportunities. You are measured on MQL and pipeline goals for new business, upsell/cross-sell and customer growth.
You will become an ambassador of LeanData and ensure we are our own best examples using our LeanData products. You enjoy working with sales ops and sales managers to deliver best-in-class  management, follow-up, and reporting so that no lead gets left behind. You have experience in Marketo, Salesforce, and other systems. You are highly analytical and passionate about the details – ready to dig into data to ensure audience targeting, nurturing, and impactful outcomes. You love working in a fast-paced, start-up environment with smart co-workers where you can drive immediate organizational impact. Above all, you have a can-do attitude and have fun while you work. 
  • Manage overall demand generation and growth strategy, programs and budget
  • Define, plan and execute integrated demand generation programs and ABM through channels including email marketing, webinars, content, display and retargeting, paid social, SEM and events
  • Own analytics across our marketing campaigns and platforms to measure success and continuously iterate to ensure we are generating ROI
  • Leverage your Marketo and SFDC expertise, as well as your strong writing skills, to self-execute campaigns
  • Build strong working relationships with key internal groups, including sales, sales dev, sales enablement, revenue ops, customer success, and product teams

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and executing successful B2B demand generation programs and digital campaigns
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment; willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done
  • Excellent understanding of data to drive impactful actions
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with high-quality, timely execution
  • Demonstrated proficiency and/or certification in Marketo and Salesforce a plus
