Sales Operations Analyst (APAC) at SendBird

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help power SendBird’s Sales organization. As a core member of the Foundations team, this driven, analytical and process oriented person will work cross-functionally and support all efforts that promote and optimize overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Monitor data and performance of the sales organization to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; resolve data quality issues if necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reporting and analysis updates. Leverage data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support, maintain and continuously improve adoption of sales tech stack.
  • Drive data integrity efforts, monitor systems and data entry procedures to ensure data integrity.
  • Be the primary contact for individual contributors within the US Sales organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance and product) to ensure successful sales processes.
  • Ad-hoc analyses.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in B2B and/or SaaS industries.
  • Understanding of sales funnels and processes.

  • Highly proficient with Excel/Google sheets, PowerPoint/Google slides.
  • Technically savvy for key sales applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to align multiple stakeholders.
