Senior Salesforce Administrator at Squelch

We are seeking a talented full-time Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our current Salesforce processes. This role will lead the ongoing development of our corporate environment. A successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption as well as work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst.
 
This position will be responsible for:
 
• Serving as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment 
• Participating in the day-to-day running of our current Salesforce application, including but not limited to platform development and customizations, technical support for users, and report and dashboard creation assistance as needed
• Performing QA testing for iterative development cycles across various Salesforce projects
• Completing regular internal system audits and preparing for upgrades as well as keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements
• Coordinating the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
• Working with our team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
• Assisting in the training of new users

Experience requirements:
 
• 5+ years hands-on administrator experience with Salesforce
• Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, best practices, and overall functionality
• In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Visualforce, Apex, s-controls) and/or SOAP, REST APIs and other integrations with external systems
• Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
 
Preferred experience:
 
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications
• Familiarity with integrating Outreach.io, DiscoverOrg, and Pardot
