Global Customer Success Director at SendBird

As Global Customer Success Director, you will report directly to the VP of Sales.  As a leader at SendBird, you will have experience building technical CS teams globally and supporting customers around the globe.



  • Will be responsible for setting the strategy and then implementing SB’s approach to customer success, not just through CSM’s but through a holistic approach to deriving a truly WOW experience to all of our customers.

  • Need to have a pretty strong understanding of the API economy and know how best to support these types of customers

  • Build robust customer success strategies in demanding conditions to enhance customer experience and ensure retention.



  • 6+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Talent Management, Recruiting.

  • Superb communication skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and engaging.

  • Must be able to build and manage global teams.

  • Minimum 10 years of client management experience

  • Highly motivated self-starter.

  • High bandwidth - you have no problem juggling multiple tasks and accounts at once.

  • A hustler with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias to action.

  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Experience working with team in APAC and EMEA a plus.

  • Bachelors Degree required
