Help us continue growing by leading our effort on all Google Ads (SEM) campaigns. You'll work closely with various product teams such as the Canva Pro team, International Team, Canva Print and the Marketplace Team to help us grow in this channel.
 
About the team
 
As part of the Performance Marketing Team and you will play a significant role in helping with the execution of our digital marketing projects and campaigns to drive accelerated business growth across multiple product lines.
 
The team works in partnership with other i18n growth marketers, engineers, designers and product coordinators to exponentially grow Canva’s overall revenue & users.

What you'll do...

  • Manage & optimise Canva’s SEM campaigns across our top English-speaking markets
  • Ensure the business stays ahead of industry trends & competitor activity and optimises for current & future technology
  • Communicate accurate and timely weekly reports on the performance of SEM channels to the team & wider stakeholders
  • Help evangelise SEM as a channel across the business 
  • Involvement with other marketing and growth activities as needed

You'd love this if you...

  • Have a minimum 2 years of hands on experience running complex SEM campaigns without an agency to hit efficiency & volume targets in-house/client side
  • Have experience working hands-on with bid management tools (eg. DoubleClick, Marin, Adobe Media Optimiser or Kenshoo)
  • Have strong attention to detail, good with numbers, statistics & analysing large amounts of data to identify trends, optimise campaigns & make decisions
  • Are passionate about SEM and a keen follower of current trends in the industry
  • Have strong project management skills
  • Have a strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small
  • Are comfortable with operating independently in a fast-changing environment and with multiple teams relying on you
  • Are willing to be hands-on – no task is too small or too big
  • Have good organization and communication skills
  • Are based in Sydney, HQ – Relocation packages available
