What you'll do:


  • Engage with our native German-speaking audience and help translate English marketing and technical materials into German
  • Attend events to capture real-time content for social media channels 
  • Work with a global network of fellow community managers to flag production issues in real-time and seek out creative solutions
  • Assist in gathering qualitative audience insights for weekly reporting & metrics reports for both Global and German-specific pages  
  • Post & ensure quality production and timeliness of planned content 
  • Generate memorable engagements & connections with fans
  • Mind for customer insights & issues through community groups + forums
  • Reports to Social Media Lead and sits in the London office 


What we’re looking for:


  • Fluent in both German and English with the ability to understand shorthand/slang/idioms in one language and find a similar replacement in another 
  • Demonstrated basic knowledge in social media tools & platforms 
  • Must have experience with amatuer photography or videography  
  • Intimate knowledge of the the cycling, running and triathlon spaces or passion for sports 
  • Customer service experience is a plus 
  • Previous Community Management experience a big plus
