    • Work with CEO and VP of Operations to create attainable new market launch timelines and roadmaps
    • Communicate timelines and roadmaps to various department heads and external partners to get feedback and buy-in
    • Oversee the successful launch of a new city every 4 months
    • Research the strategic landscape of prospective new markets
    • Create and present cost benefit analyses of various launch scenarios
    • Establish scalable and sustainable co-packing and delivery partnerships in prospective new markets that can support the company's rapid growth
    • Responsible for hiring and training GMS and other new team members in the new markets that company will launch in
    • Support General Managers in new packing facilities to personally ensure that the company hits its quality targets during its first 1-2 months in a new market
    • Represent company in key meetings and negotiations with key external partners and vendors, leveraging the company-wide purchasing power for the best possible rates
    • Work with Chief Marketing Officer to develop a go-to-market plan for each new city launch
    • Coordinate with the Chief Supply Officer to ensure proper supply chain and logistics are in place for each new market innovation
    • Support the Chief Innovation Officer and VP of Operations in prototyping, testing, and rolling out new initiatives, such as a pack-to-light system and regional shipping
    • Manage deployment of innovations to new markets


    • Bachelor's degree in management economics, business administration, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience
    • Required experience must include: 2 years of experience with real estate lease negotiations; 2 years of experience with equipment purchasing for facilities; and 2 years of experience with researching new markets for expansion as well as growth
    • Also requires travel to various, unanticipated vendor locations throughout the U.S. for 50% of the time
