The Senior Product Manager will build a SOR-agnostic revenue data model with internal APIs that allowed us to tap into SORs and  lead the development of Dynamics CRM and Gainsight connector to allow us to diversify beyond Salesforce.

Responsibilitie

 

      • Build a CRM-agnostic revenue data model with internal APIs
      • Lead the development efforts to build a Dynamics CRM connector POC
      • Lead our strategy to scale our SOR agnostic effort to consider going beyond CRM
      • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to build product roadmap
      • Work with internal sales, customer success and support teams to identify gaps in our CRM-agnostic strategy and prioritize backlog based on revenue and value impact
      • Own the execution of the CRM integration projects throughout the entire product lifecycle working with internal stakeholders until it is a measured success
 

Requirements

 

    • Built, managed and maintained similar data model in related GTM motion in B2B/SaaS application stack
    • Intimately familiar with enterprise CRM solutions.  Ideally even contributed to CRM data model or built integration with CRM platforms
    • Comes from a API-centric & data product company and culture
    • Designed, rate limited and built APIs in prior experience.  Strong people skills and can get a team excited about a API-first culture
    • Background in cross functional teamwork, acts as a trusted advisor for entire cross functional team
    • Ship products with frequency (daily, weekly, monthly in an agile fashion)
