Your responsibilities:
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations for our client launches, operations, and revenue cycle products. 
  • Evaluate competitors to look at emerging trends, technical options, and best practices in healthcare enterprise systems and operations. 
  • Evaluate new product initiatives and potential partners for their feasibility and impact on the business operations. 
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap balancing new partner integrations, process enhancements, and technical debt. 
  • Create user stories and requirements for both internal and external engineers
  • Work with engineering and analytics to develop and test hypotheses for simplifying and improving complex healthcare problems.
  • Collaborate with finance, implementation, and operations on how and when to integrate with new healthcare products and partners; This will include identifying opportunities, evaluating them, and executing on the project plan. 

  • 4+ years of experience leading a product life cycle and working with engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in health care or a related industry- Healthcare operations and/or revenue cycle preferred.
  • Innovative thinker with intellectual curiosity and a desire for developing new solutions and tools
  • Proven track record of translating business problems into testable hypotheses
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to create a comprehensive and achievable strategy to tackle a given problem.
  • Experience delivering products and showing the impact of the work you have done.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States as no sponsorship is available for this position.
