Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA at Highspot

As part of the Highspot EMEA marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager, will develop, deliver and optimize outbound campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, leads and marketing-driven pipeline. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital marketing and can manage and report on marketing campaign tracking, including sources across multiple channels like web, social, e-mail, live events, webinars and online communities. 
 

Responsibilities
  • Build a repeatable, EMEA regionally-focused campaign execution framework for targeting, acquiring, educating and nurturing leads
  • Execute regional and corporate campaigns across multiple digital channels such as (but not limited to) email, landing pages, social media, content syndication, SEM, paid media, and webinars
  • Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and Marketo to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including outbound marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Analyse these metrics to identify optimisation opportunities for the region
  • Build and manage a calendar for demand generation programs across EMEA to provide transparency for and create alignment with key stakeholders. (Including timelines, goals and metrics)
  • Manage the demand generation budget for the region and determine ROI metrics including Cost per Qualified Lead. 
 
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, campaign marketing, or industry marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking.
  • Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce.com 
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns.
  • Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Excellent project management skills.
