Position Description: Fetch is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, motivated Sales Coordinator. The role will require various tasks to support sales, manage orders, and collaborate with other departments for shipping, logistics, and demand planning. The sales coordinator will maintain all records of sales activities, funnel management, and data accuracy. 

The goal of the Sales Coordinator is to maximize the sales team's efficiency and maintain data accuracy throughout the sales cycle. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Continually audit each Strategic Account Manager's pipeline for accurate forecasting
  • Initiate, send, and manage outstanding and signed quotes and contracts
  • Process contracts, quotes, and orders with accuracy and timeliness 
  • Become an SME (subject matter expert) in sales data management, Fetch's master price list, and order processing and management
  • Improve commercial bookings forecast accuracy month over month
  • Work with customers and production team to coordinate shipping and arrival/pick up dates
  • Respond to customer complaints/inquiries and any after-sales support when needed
  • Assure all customer and partner onboarding is complete after order shipment and prior to deployment
  • Inform sales and customers of unforeseen delays of shipment
  • Manage Fetch's sales order dashboard to accurately reflect all current open orders to the production team 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in ERP/CRM systems
  • Understanding of quote to cash process
  • Entry-level data management (excel, google sheets etc.)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in SalesForce.com

Education:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
  • Required: High School


 

Working Conditions: Standard work week is 40 hours, Mon-Fri 9AM – 6PM. Start and end times could vary dependent on assigned territory. Based out of San Jose, CA.
