Join our team in Fort Worth, Texas as we continue to grow, as a Senior Logistics Coordinator in a temperature-controlled environment! As a senior team member, you will continue to help grow and develop our logistics and shipping team, utilizing your skills to develop and improve processes and procedures in order to provide excellent experience to our growing patient base. In this role you will report directly to the Logistics Manager. 



    • Drive day-to-day operations by leading and directing the packing and shipping teams, ensuring all orders are fulfilled to meet delivery and service standards.
    • Scheduling staff for volume peaks and evolving business needs.
    • Knowledgeable in operations, accuracy, process and operational efficiency
    • Heavy presence on the floor, working alongside team members to answer questions, evaluate operations and proactively solve problems.
    • Ensure team members are accountable to established daily goals and expectations.
    • Lead team onboarding, additional training and learning development.
    • Lead the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all fulfillment functions.
    • Ability to work a schedule that aligns with business needs which may include early morning, evening, and weekend coverage.
    • Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked.
    • Proficient in current technology, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
    • Other duties based on business needs or management discretion. 

Skill Requirements:


    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • 2+ years of previous distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
    • Previous experience in startup and/or healthcare/pharmacy is preferred.
    • Experience working in an automated/semi-automated facility is preferred.
    • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Self-driven, resourceful with a strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to learn, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
    • Deeply committed to patient satisfaction with a strong desire to contribute to our company growth.
