Responsibilities:

 

      • On a contract basis this role will support Pill Club's Engineering and Technical hiring working very closely with our VP, Engineering.
      • This role is required to be onsite in our San Mateo office with some flexibility to work remote.
      • Source and pre-screen candidates. Depending on needs you may also need to schedule candidates for interviews following a solid process to make it a positive candidate experience.
      • Prepare offers and route through approval process.
      • Provided weekly status to managers including; status meetings, weekly talent pipeline reporting and other data to ensure communication about progress of work.
      • Support the Talent Acquisition team to meet tight hiring deadlines
 

Requirements:

 

    • BA/BS Degree (ideal)
    • 5-8 years in-house recruiting with several years supporting a technical function.
    • Strong sourcing skills using LInkedIN Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
    • Highly competent managing candidates through ATS process and status.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Detailed in a manner that ensures we adhere to some process within a fast paced
