About the Role
Growth Operations at Highspot is at the intersection of marketing, account development, sales, services, and finance. Growth Enablement and Growth Operations work together to strategically and proactively optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of our go-to-market teams. Our work is imperative to driving consistent and scalable growth.
We are growing fast and are looking for an individual contributor to help build a world-class Growth Operations team. The ideal candidate for this position will take an innovative, creative approach to designing processes and delivering solutions. What You’ll Do
In this role as Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and architect Highspot’s CRM, customizations, end user management, analytics, and administration. You will:
  • Drive the strategic roadmap for Salesforce CRM based upon business needs.
  • Gather business requirements from a diverse number of users across GTM teams and translate them into scalable and cohesive solutions.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and customizations that meet business requirements.
  • Seek out ways to leverage Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support the rapid scaling of our high-growth organization.
  • Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and Einstein Analytics apps.
  • Build and optimize Einstein Discovery models.
  • Evaluate & integrate new systems within Salesforce.
  • Help build a process for developing and executing testing, training, and documentation for our GTM processes and CRM.


  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise software company; deep knowledge in core Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality along with experience and familiarity with key GTM systems such as Marketo.
  • Awe-inspiring organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, delivering the highest quality results in a super high-paced environment
  • Solid listening and communication skills, driving clear understanding of customer needs and business priorities, engaging training presentations and valued documentation
  • Proven experience as Business Analyst documenting user stories, test plans, release notes, technical documentation and end-user training materials
  • Proactive and results-driven. Able to independently lead projects and independently scope, prioritize and execute initiatives
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Einstein Analytics and Discovery are a plus.
