The Role

Lucidworks (ISR) Team - We are committed to uncovering and qualifying quality opportunities for our field sales organization.  We work with marketing and field sales to ensure that we are effectively maximizing each territory by performing targeted tailored outbound sales activity.  Our goal is to facilitate the success of our Sales Organization.


Duties and Responsibilities 


  • Manage all inbound and outbound prospecting efforts throughout Europe and part of the Middle East. 
  • Manage and close smaller opportunities within accounts that meet specific criteria.  
  • Ensure initial customers interactions with Lucidworks, are positive and professional
  • Use Social Networking tools, email and outbound calls to engage and interact with potential clients 
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of search and specifically Lucidworks Product offerings and how they can benefit accounts within our target accounts  
  • Analyzing prospective customer needs, understand business processes, Identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions
  • Understand and manage your business effectively around your monthly and Quarterly targets
  • Communicate progress
  • Create campaigns


Required Experience and Skills


  • Candidate with 1-2 years of relevant working experience. 
  • BA/BS degree
  • Desire to work in the tech industry
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Intelligent, motivated, and competitive, with an ability to handle change
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
  • Resourcefulness – willing to jump in, work with both opportunity and constraint, and leverage existing resources to accomplish goals
  • Team player - confident collaborating
  • Empathy and care for all stakeholders of Lucidworks, including employees, executives, partners, and guests
