As Head of Product Marketing, you will create and execute the strategy for our global go-to-market activities, leading new product launches, enabling a world-class sales organization, and evangelizing our company as we embark on new category creation and lead the charge for AI in defining, messaging and promoting People.ai as a leader in the Future of Work.
 

Responsibilities

 

    • Lead and develop a high performing product marketing team focused on accelerating go-to-market efforts to drive continued growth through messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging and competitive insights. As measured by team growth, retention and impact on other team goals, activities.
    • Define differentiated positioning and value propositions for People.AI, support category creation work to successfully position People.ai with industry analysts while driving mind-share in the process of creating a new category.
    • Develop and implement integrated-marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple products, new and existing verticals, buying centers / personas and joint SI partners.
    • Lead, coordinate, and work with marketing, product management, customer success, professional services, enablement, and sales teams to execute product launches that highlight new innovations and drive demand.
    • Understand competitive landscape, with intel on products, customers, buying triggers and influencers and feed information into Product Management to drive product roadmap enhancements - establish the competitive intel core competency and be the “go to” expert on how to crush the competition and how to win.
    • Evangelism of People.ai and AI - be a thought leader and spokesperson for the company at key industry events, in webinars and interviews in particular with key influencer audiences i.e. Analysts, customers, prospects.

Requirement

 

    • Bachelor’s in technology, engineering, business or marketing
    • Experience and results in building go to market strategy as a key leader to the CMO
    • Ability to recognize future opportunities, assess future market dynamics and define investment strategies and/or business models to exploit market opportunities
    • Expertise in fundamentals of product marketing
    • Experience in enterprise product marketing, ideally in the sales and marketing technology space
    • Excellent and creative written and oral communication skills; outstanding presentation skills.
    • Has built deep, productive relationships with senior decision makers or executives at key partner companies in established and emerging markets.
