Description
Customer Success Manager- Fetch is looking for a motivated, strategic, B2B sales representative interested in learning and working within a team to sell high value, high-cost solutions based on proven, return on investment metrics. This position requires a willingness to work within a team and gain experience in solution-based selling to businesses in the warehouse, retail and manufacturing space. It will be expected that a Customer Success Manager (CSM) is critical to existing customer expansion and growth. The CSM will work with existing customers to meet their support and technical needs with a specialized focus on increased adoption and utilization of Fetch Robotics solutions. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with a cross-functional team to execute against customer needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate the value of Fetch Robotics' technical product features and map to meet prospect needs.
  • Update customers with new Fetch Product Features and releases
  • Build rapport with contacts by offering educational resources (webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Fetch Sales team on "Land and Expand" sales strategy
  • Become a trusted expert in Fetch Robotics products and services 
  • Provide detailed product proposals based on identified customer needs 
  • Collaborate with Solution Design team to increase adoption of Fetch Robotics 
  • Provide a detailed cost-benefit analysis based on customer details 
  • Accurately forecast future business and customer engagements 
  • Focus on ARR growth within existing customers
  • Provide first-line support for top tier customers
  • Manage Customer expansion with Fetch Robotics and retention

Qualifications

  • Return on Investment, B2B Sales experience  
  • Customer Facing support or sales experience
  • Engaging and fast-paced 
  • Project Manager experience a plus
  • Customer Success/Technical Account Manager Experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of customer-facing B2B or Support experience

Knowledge and Skills

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in SalesForce.com 
  • Familiar with webinar tools (Skype, GoToMeeting, Webex, etc)

Working Conditions: Standard work week is 40 hours, Mon-Fri 9AM – 6PM.  Start and end times could vary dependent on assigned territory.  Travel is required.  Based out of San Jose, CA.
