Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition Programs & Operations at The Pill Club

Talent Acquisition is a strategic function enabling the growth of Pill Club.  This role will manage the programs and operations that enable Talent Acquisition to build relationships with talent pools,  increase the talent pipeline, attract and onboard incredible talent. In this role you will create strong partnerships across the People Operations function to ensure we are developing programs that meet the current and future needs of the organization.  
 
PiLL CLUB is a start-up and we have a unique opportunity to really build out amazing programs to support Talent Acquisition goals.  In this role the following programs will be in the scope of responsibility; College Partnerships and Internships, Contingent Workforce, New Hire Orientation, Relocation and all of the data and metrics needed to track and measure these programs.

Focus

 

    • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to understand current and future needs of organization to build programs to support.
    • Drive actions and initiatives that enable the continued growth and scalability of our hiring processes.
    • Management and assessment of Applicant Tracking System.  This includes understanding and ensuring adherence to hiring compliance requirements within our recruiting systems and programs.
    • Develop metrics and dig into the data to understand the story behind the numbers. Utilizing the data to identify opportunities.
    • Provide support to Talent Acquisition through the tracking of individual and team hiring metrics to track progress and measure success.
    • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure we are getting the best use of our tools.
    • Directly manage the Talent Acquisitions Coordinators and Operation Specialist these roles are in both Texas and California.

Qualifications

 

    • 10+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2+ years of program and people management experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • A passion for collecting and interpreting data and then turning that into opportunities
    • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and sense of team  A growth mindset and proven ability to think of creative solutions
    • Extensive systems experience with ATS, HR Systems and G-Suite or MS Office Suite
