The Pill Club is looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Sr. Manager to build and manage a world class team. This position is responsible for oversight of the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring timely and compliant collections, and building strong insurance centric collections. They will direct and coach the revenue cycle team, oversee insurance billing/coding/collections, and ensure compliance and billing integrity throughout all aspects of the revenue cycle process.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment early in the standardization process. In addition to having a passion for analysis and problem-solving, our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of revenue cycle experience in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

 

    • Lead a multidisciplinary team
    • Direct implementation projects and liaise with engineering/patient care teams
    • Work with finance, engineering and contracting teams to determine key business issues
    • Maintain a governance model and meeting structure
    • Maintain legal compliance with billing policies and procedures
    • Provide reports and statistical/analytical information to management
    • Prepare month-end reports for presentation to finance and operations teams
    • Oversee post payments, load business and transaction files
    • Review adjustments and refund requests A/R Analysis, including but not limited to: Bad Debt, Charity, Aging, Cash Collections, Payer Realization Rates, Credit Balances and Charge Capture.

Requirements:

 

    • 5 years of Revenue Cycle related experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • 1-2 years experience leading and managing a team
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Deep knowledge of all facets of the billing and revenue cycle process: coding (CPT and ICD-10), documentation requirements, billing submission processes, and accounts receivable management processes
    • Knowledge of federal and state policies impacting billing and collections
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of programs, generating presentations, reporting and analysis
