Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition at The Pill Club

Talent Acquisition is a strategic function enabling the growth of Pill Club.  This role will manage and oversee recruiting for our Operational and Medical function of the business.  These functions reside both in our Texas, California and Remotes sites. In this role you will manage both full-time and contract recruiters while partnering with the business to drive recruiting.   You will partner with key leaders to help drive, design and execute creative recruitment strategies. This role will also partner with the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition to design and rollout programs and processes to support hiring needs of the organization creating an amazing candidate experience.

Focus of Role

 

    • Responsible for driving overall success of team including managing prioritization, delegation, and overall accountability of team.
    • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and Sr. Director, TA to identify and drive creative and comprehensive recruiting strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR Business Partners within People Operations team.
    • Partner with Finance and People Operations to develop long-term growth plans for section of organization.
    • As needed, act as hands on recruiter for select positions. Ability to work hard, fast and accurate while still bringing the fun to the team.
    • Willingness to break to traditional recruiting mold and do it differently to create a cutting edge talent sourcing, attraction and experience model.

Qualifications

 

    • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2+ years of direct people management experience
    • A passion for developing recruiters into strong Talent Acquisition Partners with the organization.
    • A data-driven approach to decision-making that leads to increased operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and sense of team.  A growth mindset and proven ability to think of creative solutions
    • Extensive systems experience with ATS, HR Systems and G-Suite or MS Office Suite
    • A drive to improve the overall talent acquisition function
