About the Role
You’ll work cross functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, design, and engineering teams to plan, build, and launch new product features to our growing customer base. This position is located in our San Francisco office.
- Help define a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects
- Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
- Lead the development and prioritization of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
- Track the success of the product features that we launch and know how to iterate based on metrics and customer feedback
- Previous experience as a product manager, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of owning features and products end to end
- High focus on shipping new product, and able to make trade-offs that prioritize different competing demands
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers
- High degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates
