Director of Sales Operations at Valimail

The Role :
We are looking for a Director of Sales Operations at Valimail to partner closely with our Sales Organization. The Director of Sales Ops will play a key leadership role on our team, serving as a strategic advisor, providing predictive analyses, process improvement and removing roadblocks and barriers to the sales team in support of increased efficiency and data driven approaches  to accelerate our revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a quant and business process guru who leverages his or her strengths, analytical expertise and skills to continue the process and data driven improvements across the go to market divisions.
 
What You’ll Be Doing :
-Analyze performance metrics data and develop executive level reports and key insights and predictive accuracy
-Own sales analytics data gathering and reporting, and improvements
-Monitor sales productivity and revenue performance, including pro-actively implementing improvementsMonitor and report on sales productivity
-Partner with Marketing on lead generation process and reporting
-Evaluate, implement, and administer various tools and applications for sales compensation, sales analytics, BI, CPQ, pipeline management, etc.
-Work closely with Finance on revenue recognition compliance, and order management process
-Manage our Salesforce administrator to evolve dashboards, reports, pipeline, forecast management, lead and call tracking, and data integrity
 
About You :
*10+ years sales operations experience with
*5+ years in a leadership positionUndying quest for analytics, process improvement, and best practices
*SalesForce.com expert
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
*Deep understanding of sales processes, funnel management, renewals, forecasting
*Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills in both written and verbal form
*Problem solver with a strong quant  acumen
*Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within a company
*The ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
*Experience with compensations systems, analytic tools, and data-visualization tools
*Knowledge and understanding of the typical technology and information interfaces with other parts of the company such as IT, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing
