Nextdoor is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who will help lead efforts to drive member growth initiatives. This person will operate as part of a dynamic three person team focusing on Nextdoor member growth and engagement activation. In addition to coming up with and leading marketing campaigns, this person will be critical in generating data driven insights to optimize marketing performance. The team is collaborative and while everyone has their area of focus, all are expected to roll up their sleeves and chip in when necessary. In some cases, this person may need to solve problems by building brand new solutions and processes. Most importantly, we're seeking someone who is passionate about building stronger, more resilient communities on a global scale.  


  • Develop, lead and optimize marketing campaigns 
  • Recommend improvements and insights based on actionable metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives and drive project completion
  • Analyze performance data to inform optimization decisions
  • Be eager to serve as a team player and help with one off support requests as needed
  • Be willing to roll up your sleeves and do manual work when necessary 


  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills including strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Proficiency in, or willingness to learn Tableau
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or analytical role with multiple concurrent projects
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Passion for building community and interfacing with Government agencies
