02About the Role

As we continue to rapidly scale our revenue and sales organization, we’re looking for someone to focus on our most pressing revenue-related challenges and most promising opportunities. This person must combine the ability and experience for high-level strategic thinking with the ability to roll up his or her sleeves and execute. 

There will be two core components of this role: (1) diving in and fixing some of our most pressing sales-related challenges, and (2) helping to launch new sales-related initiatives that will massively grow ARR. 

The position will be varied in function and work on projects across the organization. One month the focus could be analyzing the productivity of our SDRs or how to reduce sales cycles, and another month supporting Sales Enablement to ensure that reps have the collateral they need to win bigger deals faster.  This person needs a broad skill-set and be able to operate with minimal direction, transforming ambiguity into something tangible.

The role will be based in New York or San Francisco and report to our VP of Global Sales.

 

03Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership position building a high growth customer-facing organization from $10m to $100m in revenue
  • Ability to execute rapidly with minimal direction on a range of projects
  • Ability to deliver critical feedback diplomatically
  • Bias towards getting stuff done
  • Ability to navigate complex internal dynamics leaving each collaborator feeling happy
  • Ability to learn many new topics and take on a broad range of functions
  • Great presentation skills

 

04Responsibilities

  • Work with our VP of Global Sales to regularly identify and prioritize the initiatives that will have the largest impact on the overall team
  • Translate loose project mandates into defined project plans with summaries, timelines, and measurable results
  • Execute projects, collaborating with stakeholders in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, and beyond.
  • Continually communicate project updates and summarize results to key stakeholders
