As the VP of Marketing, you will inherit a team of high-performing marketers. Your charge is to accelerate Atrium’s growth by driving bold campaigns that cement our brand as the most client-centric law firm in the world. 
 
Your success will mean that Atrium continues to be positioned as the go-to law firm for startups which will drive demand, and ultimately revenue, through this next phase of hypergrowth. The messaging your team creates will be informed by what the market wants and your collaboration with the product and legal teams will ensure we build solutions that revolutionize the legal industry.
 
This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and have high visibility in and outside of Atrium. You will be given access to the resources and mentors to grow at an extremely fast pace, you will be given targets that are aggressive but rational/achievable, and you will work in a team that truly cares about each other.

What will you be doing?

    • Develop and execute on go-to-market strategy; drive pipeline needed to hit quarterly signing targets across a broad portfolio of complex legal solutions
    • Create bold campaigns that cement our brand as the most client-centric law firm in the world
    • Design a regional marketing strategy that repeats the success we’ve seen in Silicon Valley
    • Test channels and continue to improve and iterate on our marketing strategy over time 
    • Work closely with leaders within Atrium to evolve the company’s narrative
    • Work collaboratively with Sales to create and execute a winning full-funnel strategy
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
    • Be a leader within the broader company

What does success look like in this role?

    • 10+ years of experience marketing at technology, venture capital or services business; strong product marketing and demand generation expertise
    • 5+ years managing high-performing marketing teams
    • Successful track record of scaling marketing orgs 0-1 and 1-n
    • Experience managing a marketing budget with an efficient LTV:CAC
    • Influential people management experience; you love coaching and you inspire people to perform at their best
    • Performance and metrics driven; you have a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding personal and team goals
    • Excellent communication skills; you are well-poised and have the ability to build interpersonal relationships and communicate with founders, partners and VCs
    • Strong understanding of venture capital and startup ecosystem
