About the Role
Highspot is looking for a results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to build and execute actionable and measurable online and offline field marketing programs and events. This position is perfect for a talented marketer that is excited to manage all aspects (planning, development and execution) of campaigns and events and has superior organisation, negotiation and communication skills as well as the ability to manage resources and budgets effectively and creatively. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in working with sales teams, in events, webinars and demand generation campaigns. 
 
What You'll Do
  • Strategise, build and execute integrated field campaigns that involve email marketing, direct mail marketing, and other channels as you see fit; measure and analyse results
  • Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
  • Manage and plan industry, company and partner events. Own the event's operations, including tracking budget, establishing success metrics and prepare and implement recommendations for improving operational efficiencies within the events 
  • This role will be based in Germany and while it will require a major focus in the DACH region, it also includes cross-EMEA projects  to contribute to the regional marketing KPIs : Leads, MQLs, SQLs and marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Partner closely with the global marketing team to ensure campaign consistency across the globe and regionalisation of global programs in region. Support localization efforts for assets and campaign programs based on language preference where needed
  • Effectively business partner with local and remote Marketing & Sales team to develop exciting agendas, interactive experiences, dynamic speaking opportunities and compelling events which appeal to the regional market
 
Your Background
  • 5+ years marketing experience (Significant experience in event management) across the DACH region
  • International marketing experience  across Europe desired
  • Manage multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative extremely fast paced environment
  • Inventive, self-starter with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic
  • Sound understanding of the marketing mix, including events, digital marketing and social techniques as well as a strong experience with office (PowerPoint and Excel), Marketo and Salesforce.com
  • Problem-solving skills, strong communication skills (particularly writing), solution orientation
