IT Support Specialist at Lattice

About the Role
 
We’re looking for a junior IT Support person that will help us to scale our growing employee base. As our first dedicated IT hire, you will be the first contact for local and remote Latticians for all their computer questions. Beside this you are also going to be responsible for onboarding new hires. IT Support needs to be compassionate and detail oriented, together with senior staff you’ll be looking for solutions that make our users happy while meeting IT and Security requirements. You’ll get exposure to all the Enterprise technologies Lattice uses and be an important part of every ongoing IT project. There is plenty of opportunity to learn and grow in a small team.

Responsibilities

    • Troubleshooting Mac hardware and software
    • Providing support for GSuite, Okta, etc. over Slack, Zoom or in person
    • Successfully onboarding new hires from account creation to training
    • Creating documentation and FAQs
    • Supporting Audio/Video during company events
    • Coordinate processes with other teams like People Ops and Engineering

Qualifications

    • 1-2 years initial experience in IT
    • Basic network knowledge (Wifi)
    • Attention to detail
    • Service oriented
    • Eager to learn new technologies and processes

Nice to have

    • Some experience with Videoconferencing/ broadcasted events would be ideal
