Field Marketing Manager at Lattice

About the Role
 
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to help scale the Lattice event marketing program. You’ll create unique in-person experiences across the country that help the sales team push prospects through the funnel. You’ll also have a hand in executing Lattice’s user conference, Resources for Humans Live, and help execute conference sponsorships in partnership with our demand team.

Responsibilities

    • Lattice Events Series: Create and execute a step and repeat event series for 50-100 prospects that can be executed in 12 cities across the country. 
    • Dinner Series: Run the Lattice dinner series that brings together current customers, mid-funnel prospects, and the Lattice sales team. Execute 20+ dinners and create an engaging format for a best-in-class networking experience. 
    • Community Meetups: Create an activation kit for our community meet-ups that helps take our community from online to in-person. 
    • Resources for Humans Live: Help create interactive activations, networking activities, and VIP experiences at the Lattice user conference.
    • Conference sponsorships: Support Lattice’s presence at third-party conferences during heavy event seasons. 
    • Logistics: Own soup to nuts logistics for every event under your purview. These include: working with vendors, ordering and shipping swag, building event pages, etc.

Qualifications

    • You have 3-5 years of experience in planning a range of events for multiple audiences in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a tech company
    • You are comfortable traveling 50% of your time at work.
    • You have a wealth of event planning knowledge and are comfortable executing the soup-to-nuts details for a variety of event formats, small and large
    • You have experience partnering closely with sales teams to develop strategies for event follow up and tracking metrics for events
    • You’re hyper-organized and have a relentless commitment to focusing on details, consistent communication, and creativity
    • You have a passion for transforming brand principles into real-life experiences
    • You have superb communication and problem-solving skills
    • You have the ability to thrive in a high-growth workplace and be flexible when priorities shift
    • You’re intellectually curious, self-aware, have a solution-oriented growth mindset, and are ready to work with multiple teams and stakeholders

Nice to have

    • Existing relationships with production vendors, caterers, and agencies
    • Experience executing a large scale user conference 
    • Knowledge of Splash, Figma, and SFDC
