About the Job:

The Associate Optimizations Specialist will work directly with the Campaign Optimizations team and Ad Operations team to help execute and optimize the performance of advertising campaigns. The Associate Optimizations Specialist will become an expert in LiveIntent’s platform and work directly with the Account/Sales teams to troubleshoot, align KPIs/Goals, and run campaign analyses. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales/Account teams to align prospective clients’ goals/KPIs
  • Identify areas of opportunity for existing campaigns where we can grow and scale
  • Utilize performance data to provide optimization suggestions and areas of campaign improvement
  • Support and assist on matters regarding best practices associated with digital media operations, specifically as it pertains to LiveIntent’s own media
  • Document the performance of optimization optimization tests in order to report on their results
  • Pull performance reporting for the Optimization team to use in their analyses. 
  • Troubleshoot pixel implementation errors, reporting discrepancies, and broken creative URLs
  • Strategize the best ways to set a client up for success based on their budget, goals, and capabilities. 
  • Partner with BI team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business Management, or any other related field
  • Strong analytical mindset and terrific attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and all of Google Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, HTML, JavaScript, and JIRA helpful
