You are a talented Art Tools Software Engineer looking to build the next generation of games for Oculus Quest, Oculus Rift, and HTC Vive. You have multiple years of experience with the Unity Editor (or other 3D game engines like Unreal) and love to build tools, workflows, and pipelines that foster creativity and rapid iteration for artists and developers.

  • Build tools, scripts, and plugins that make the art team 10x better
  • Be the bridge between artists/designers and engineers to effectively communicate and solve issues
  • Focus on the needs of the customers to design and create seamless interfaces for the tools they use
  • Create and maintain art pipelines, workflows, and technical documentation
  • Build and maintain testable, production-quality code




  • Passion for building customer-facing tools and working with content creators
  • Hands-on experience with game engines such as Unreal, Unity, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a programmer in digital content creator tools development
  • 2+ years of professional experience in C#/C++ 
  • Scripting Experience in Mel and/or Python
  • Experience with Photoshop, Maya, and Substance Designer
  • Be a systems-level thinker who understands the power of automation and streamlined workflow
  • Strong UX design intuition
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Experience developing software in AR or VR

  • Art automation and procedural art generation.
