We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who shows a high-level of energy, a strong technical and business process understanding, and can provide critical support to the sales team to find the global maxima of our sales efforts. You will play a critical role in our sales teams’ enablement by providing all the necessary support to increase sales onboarding and sales performance. You will also be in charge of preparing the critical sales materials, sales tools, and documents to improve sales team’s interactions with customers. We expect you to have the drive to achieve ambitious goals, and yet work with the team to streamline operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities


    • Design and deliver engaging training programs for sales, while increasing sales onboarding efficiency
    • Own the sales onboarding process
    • Prepare world class comprehensive sales materials
    • Provide top-notch day to day operations support for the sales organization to solve complex problems

Key Qualifications


    • 3+ years of Sales Enablement experience or 3+ years of Investment Banking or Sales & Trading experience or 3+ years of Management or Strategy Consulting experience at a top firm
    • Relentless work ethic and analytical abilities
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication
    • A fast learner with high level of energy, positivity, and a sense of humor

Bonus Points


    • Formal SaaS sales experience at an extremely competitive sales environment
    • Experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
