The LeanData Solution Team
 
 
the LeanData Solution Team is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with our sales team as the subject matter expert. Bringing credibility from real world experience, Solutions Consultants are a critical part of the sales cycle. In this role, you will work alongside our Account Executives on LeanData’s new and strategic accounts, mapping business outcomes to LeanData’s innovative solution, engaging with customers and rapidly demonstrating the value of our products.
 
 
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales/marketing operations with expertise in Salesforce and/or Marketo platform(s). Extra consideration will be given to candidates with experience in presales.

 
Responsibilities
 

  • Be able to position LeanData from both a business value and best practices perspective
  • Work closely with sales in fast paced customer engagements delivering LeanData technical support, including Trials/POCs for new business opportunities.
  • Become the Product expert:
  • Establish and maintain a deep knowledge of the complete LeanData product suite
  • Develop an understanding of lead management and be able to strategically recommend best practices to clients
  • Collect, document, and present customer requirements to Product Management and R&D
  • Monitor customer and industry trends to help identify strategic market adjacencies.
  • LeanData Trials/POCs require you to:
  • Host discovery calls to understand the customer’s business requirements, ensuring a clear understand their challenges and priorities
  • Design an ideal recommendation which meets the client’s goals and expectations while delivering maximum value
  • Execute the product trials/POCs
  • Present results, relating customer technical requirements to business outcomes

 
Qualifications
 

  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations or Marketing Operations, preferably with varying size organizations
  • Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and marketing automation software
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies
  • Enthusiasm, energy and ability to evangelize innovative technology solutions
  • A deep passion to understand, present and improve lead management processes
  • Ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and team members
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time
  • Bachelor’s degree
