About the Role
The Account Executive is an energetic professional who will own and grow a territory of prospective customers. The Account Executive is a trusted consultant for each person they touch and will be an expert on the existing Lattice platform as well as the future of performance management and HR software.  The Account Executive will also be the voice of our customers internally.  Feedback from customers helps our engineering team design and build the best platform on the market. We work hard to maintain our fast-paced, motivated, and well-balanced culture. Responsibilities

    • Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
    • Build an intimate understanding of Lattice products and their place in the industry
    • Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, perform online demos to HR professionals, create proposals, and close deals
    • Develop and execute sales strategy in a dynamic start up environment
    • Exceed aggressive KPIs consisting of outbound phone calls, emails, and online demos every week
    • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers
    • Deliver a world-class experience for prospects who are considering Lattice and other performance management solutions
    • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and to continue receive feedback to fuel future product growth
    • Provide market / client feedback internally to product / engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2-5 years experience in sales preferable selling SaaS solutions with a focus on HR solutions
    • Burning desire to make our customers personally and professionally successful
    • Commitment to Lattice’s mission and values (customer-centric, transparent, driven, acts like an owner)
