Head of InfluencerID Sales at ZEFR

ZEFR is hiring! ZEFR’s InfluencerID business unit, which leverages proprietary technology and talent relationships to activate high-impact influencer campaigns for brands, is seeking a seasoned seller, in either New York or Los Angeles, to lead its direct sales efforts and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be highly fluent in the world of custom brand integrations within digital content, via social influencers or content sponsorships, and excited to engage with premium brands and agencies to develop and close large-scale, creative, award-quality influencer programs.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Prospect/grow InfluencerID revenue across premium or high-growth brands and their ad agencies, building a deep understanding of the client’s organization, needs and revenue potential.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships at all levels of an account while creating and/or expanding strategic business relationships with agencies and holding companies
  • Meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals in accordance to the sales plan
  • Communicate sales data and forecasts to the InfluencerID GM and ZEFR executive team
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback to help cross-functional teams build better products
  • Work closely with other InfluencerID leaders to align marketing initiatives with sales efforts, ensuring a unified voice that addresses customer needs and top-of-mind industry themes
  • Work collaboratively with our campaign operations and product teams to develop a long-term strategic vision/blueprint for formulating and establishing preferred partnerships with major clients and agency groups
  • Utilize our extensive product toolkit to secure long-term partnerships that push the boundaries of ‘possible’ in our industry

 Here's what we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital sales, with a focus on influencer marketing or equivalent custom content or branded entertainment programs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital talent and how to sell them
  • Experience working in fast-growth company (ies) and have contributed to aggressive sales growth
  • Holds excellent relationships at brands and agencies: not only gets meetings, but closes deals
  • Shares a strategic POV that anticipates the future direction of the industry
  • Ability to contribute thoughtfully to product roadmap discussions
  • Collaborative cross-functional skills that inspire sales, marketing, product, engineering, staff and executive leadership
