Customer Service Representative at Cover

You’ll be working along side a team of talented sales agents and engineers to help our customers find the insurance that’s right for them. This job entails no cold-calling and only outreach to customers that have made requests for coverage through our mobile apps.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide follow-up calls, emails and online chat 
  • Build and maintain customer relationships 
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer service issues 
  • Provide prompt, professional and compassionate communication with prospective and current clients.
