This role will be a key contributor to the Growth Team’s goals of driving sales and keeping the Brand Team accountable. Half your time will be spent managing and optimizing our Marketing/Sales funnel from Salesforce to ESP integrations. In this role you are responsible for working with Retail and the Director of Growth to drive users to the Showroom, and from the Showroom to purchase. Focus will be on the customer’s journey from first visit at or Retail, to closing them with email and remarketing campaigns. The other half of your time will be spent on reporting and analytics. Working with the Director of Growth, you will build reports on KPIs to help decision makers execute effectively.
What  You Will Do

  • Own and drive email content strategy and calendar across the entire customer journey, including prospects and lifecycle marketing
  • Lead personalization initiative to create more and more granular journeys, driving towards 1-1 marketing.
  • Work with other Channel Managers and Growth Team members to create omni-channel campaigns with cohesion at the forefront
  • Partner with the Brand Team to give them insights to drive content strategy
  • Work with the Retail Team to help funnel leads in Salesforce into campaigns to help close the sale.
  • Own and lead marketing reporting across campaigns from online to offline
  • Leverage technologies, tools and data to measure and prove success
  • Extract, transform and load data sets to report and deliver meaningful insights
  • Partner with teams and lead efforts on quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights and actionable plans
  • Work with cross-functional teams to push projects forward, driving recommendations through to implementation
  • Build and maintain reports and/or dashboards that provide visibility into business performance
  • Monitor KPIs related to Go-To Market performance
Who You Are
  • 2-3 years experience running acquisition campaigns and reporting of campaigns
  • BS/BA Degree in Business Engineering, Economics, or related degree OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experience using ESPs such as Iterable, Autopilot, SendGrid or MailChimp
  • High attention to detail and commitment to flawless execution
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends in email
  • Excellent communication and project/task management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
