The Role
The Pill Club is seeking an experienced digital marketer who enjoys building and scaling up growth marketing channels.  The ideal candidate would have significant expertise in paid social, display and paid search channels, and hands-on experience in using data to grow and optimize digital marketing programs.
 
You will develop and manage customer acquisition programs across digital marketing paid channels to drive growth.  You’ll analyze and optimize campaign performance, and communicate results that will provide actionable takeaways resulting in more people enrolling for our service online. You will guide and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

    • Manage marketing channels and campaigns (primarily paid) to drive online conversions.
    • Recommend and define digital advertising campaign strategies and test plans that reach business objectives. Leverage channel expertise to incorporate best practices and establish effective channel management processes.
    • Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking and reporting.
    • Iterate and optimize on campaigns based on results; analyze and report on KPI performance on a regular basis.
    • Perform in-depth analysis and insight into key metrics of paid acquisition campaigns using tools including Tableau, Amplitude etc.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with counterparts across the org from content, design, product and engineering.
    • Contribute to landing page optimization and user flow changes to improve conversion.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in performance digital marketing with a focus on ROI.
    • Proven success managing Facebook & Google advertising (SEM, PLA, YouTube, GDN), and knowledge of advertising tools (e.g. FB Ads, Google Adwords).  Exposure to SEO and content marketing a plus!
    • Strong data analytics mindset and proficient at data visualizations and excel; experience with Tableau is a plus!
    • Highly motivated, organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for digital media and related technology and innovation.
    • Able and willing to be scrappy with creating content when necessary.
    • Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative training; demonstrated knowledge of financial ROI analytics a plus!
