The Pill Club is seeking a savvy, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will join a team of talented growth marketers.  You will develop and manage customer acquisition programs across digital marketing paid channels to drive growth.  You’ll analyze and optimize campaign performance, and communicate results that will provide actionable takeaways resulting in more people enrolling for our service online. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using data to grow and optimize digital marketing programs.

    • Have a strong data analytics mindset .

    • Be able and willing to be scrappy with creating content when necessary.


    • Manage marketing channels and campaigns (primarily paid) to drive online conversions
    • Recommend and define digital advertising campaign strategies and test plans that reach business objectives
    • Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking and reporting
    • Working closely with other teams, monitor multi-channel ad performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
    • Perform in-depth analysis and insight into key metrics of paid acquisition campaigns using tools including Tableau, Amplitude etc.
    • Iterate and optimize on campaigns based on results; analyze and report on KPI performance on a regular basis
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with counterparts across the org from content, design, product and engineering
    • Contribute to landing page optimization and user flow changes to improve conversion

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative training; demonstrated knowledge of financial ROI analytics a plus!
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in performance/acquisition/online marketing with a focus on ROI
    • Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA and CPM cost models
    • Experience with Google, Facebook and Instagram advertising, and knowledge of advertising tools (e.g. Google Adwords)
    • Proficient at data visualizations
    • Experience with Tableau is a plus!
