The Pill Club is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Analyst to help our Performance Marketing team acquire and retain customers efficiently at scale.  In this role, you will grow into an expert on a few digital marketing channels, with ownership of the channels’ strategy and success. You will interact extensively with the Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams. Your input will help shape key business decisions.

Responsibilities:

    • Analyze digital paid marketing channels, incorporating innovative strategies and rigorous optimization across acquisition/retention
    • Identify and size new marketing opportunities
    • Work closely with Product, Operations and Engineering to build site features and enhance user experience
    • Design, implement, and analyze marketing A/B tests to cultivate learnings
    • Develop dashboards that provide insights and visualization into channel performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance
    • Conduct deep analytics using SQL, Python/R on clickstream and ad campaign data to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization
    • Be a key partner on growth marketing team. Participate in project planning, prioritization and stakeholder meetings etc.
    • Use tools such as SQL, Tableau and Python/R to work efficiently at scale

Minimum Qualifications

    • BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Expert SQL skills
    • Proficient in at least one programming or scripting language (R, Python, Java, Perl, etc.)
    • Minimum 2 years of analytical and database experience
    • Work experience in marketing analytics, consulting/banking, e-commerce, or other quantitative/data-driven fields

Desirable Qualifications:

    • Knowledge / experience with performance marketing and/or email marketing a big plus!
    • Strong data visualization skills; experience with Tableau a plus!
