SendBird is headquartered in San Mateo, California and has an APAC office in Seoul, South Korea. This position is for the APAC Seoul office.
The design team collaborates with most projects and products at SendBird. You will get to build the voice of our brand and customer experience, across our website, dashboard, mobile and web products, print publications, and marketing campaigns. Our customers are builders, so we put extra care into building the most customer centric products and relevant materials that focuses on the whole-experience of our customers.
Our roles for design expands beyond visual design. We create the customer experience, UI, presentations, marketing, visual content, illustrations, videos, tutorials, documents, and any point in a customer's life cycle that touches our brand.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Work with the team to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics regarding customer experience of our products
  • Manage overall customer experience on our products
  • Design the mobile user experience's concept, architecture, and UI and executing on the design
  • Create design guidelines for iOS, Android, and desktop
  • Prototype the design concept and present to the team
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in professional design
  • A degree in design (or relevant fields of study)
  • Proficient in photoshop, illustrator, and sketch
  • Portfolio is a must

  • English proficiency for business collaboration
  • HTML, CSS experience
