Companies like New Relic, Tanium, Lyft, Okta, and Mulesoft use to automate the capture of all contact and customer activity data, dynamically update their CRM and provide actionable intelligence across your management tools.
The mission for the Senior Product Manager, Data, is to own and drive the acquisition of third party (people and companies) data, definition and development of the underlying data structures to build out the Graph, as well as ensure our execution is compliant with all applicable international laws, including GDPR and similar privacy and security laws.
This role will have a strong focus on driving Quality/Usable profiles (one of our true north metrics), in close collaboration with their peers, business partners, and engineering partners.


    • Execute the growth and expansion of’s data product as we scale by 500% in the next 12-18 months
    • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to build 6-12 month product roadmap. This should include new data sources, partnership opportunities, data exporting and API needs that align with’s long-term strategy
    • Own and execute every project (product release, feature) throughout the entire product lifecycle working with counterparts in UX and Engineering Team until it is a measured success.
    • Work with sales, customer success and support teams to cater to critical (and often urgent) needs from customers to ensure customer and user retention.


      • Build, manage and maintain feature set in related GTM motion in B2B/SaaS application stack
      • Build long lasting relationships with customer advocates to guide future direction of the product
      • Strong people skills and can get a team excited about their tasks
      • Strong technical aptitude. Is deeply familiar with modern application development; knows their way around data. Intimately familiar with SQL, modern reporting solutions
      • Has shipped products with frequency (daily, weekly, monthly in an agile fashion)
