About the job:

As a Client Engagement Lead you are responsible for being on the “first response team” for client outreach. From the moment a prospective client signs up for FlyHomes, your job will be to make quick initial contact with them, provide information about our services, and answer any of their questions.Your goal will be sell potential clients on FlyHomes and get them into an in-person meeting with our Client Advisor Team. In this role you will take pride in being the face of FlyHomes for new clients, you will become a subject matter expert on all the services offered by FlyHomes in multiple markets, deliver

a world class customer experience, and take ownership over the client on boarding process. You will be measured on your ability to talk with clients and convert new leads into in-person meetings. You will be required to always be multi-tasking, maintain the new client pipeline, and to continuously improve the process for how we onboard clients. This role is as much about execution and organization but will also require testing and learning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Convert new inbound leads by booking an in-person meeting for them with a Client Advisor
  •  Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all services offered by FlyHomes in multiple markets
  • Monitor FlyHomes’ inbound channels and immediately react to new client leads.
  • Make initial contact with prospective new clients via text, phone calls, and emails
  • Answer client questions and book meetings for clients with the FlyHomes Client Advisor Team
  • Monitor new client’s progress making sure they get fully onboarded to FlyHomes
  • Continuously improve on our process of how we engage and onboard new client
  • Test, learn, and implement new messaging used to engage with new leads
  • Work with the greater marketing team by being the voice of the customer for new content
  • Display leadership by building trust between the Engagement and Sales Teams
  • Analyze outreach activities looking for inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

Job Requirements:
