UX/UI Researcher at SendBird

The design team collaborates with most projects and products at SendBird. You will get to build the voice of our brand and customer experience, across our website, dashboard, mobile and web products, print publications, and marketing campaigns. Our customers are builders, so we put extra care into building the most customer centric products and relevant materials that focuses on the whole-experience of our customers. 
Our roles for design expands beyond visual design. We create the customer experience, UI, presentations, marketing, visual content, illustrations, videos, tutorials, documents, and any point in a customer's life cycle that touches our brand. 


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Conduct research and analyze on B2B Services
  • Generate insights from the VOC analyzing
  • Design and suggest UX guideline for SendBird's product
Key Qualifications


  • 5+ years of relevant working experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in visual design, HCI, cognitive psychology a related field
  • Experience in integrating UX research into product designs
Bonus Points


  • Experience in B2B UX research
  • Ability to define Usage Flow and prototype User Experience
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Able to speak fluently with the team and other key partners
