Channel Program Manager at Fetch Robotics

We are looking for a highly motivated Channel Program Manager to join our organization.

As Chanel Program Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing the program and relationships to help accelerate the growth of our non-direct sales.  You will work with our field sales organization to identify the right new partners, create demand in conjunction with new and existing partners, and enable these partners to sell more successfully.   This role is also responsible for developing, driving, and implementing channel marketing activities.  The ideal candidate will be a strong educator and creative business person capable of rolling out effective, broad-reaching programs to help drive internal partner interest and demand.

As Channel Program Manager, you will report to our Head of Channel Sales and help develop this part of our business at an early stage.

Skillsets

 

  • Proven success in developing and continually enhancing partner training programs around enterprise or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Ability to quickly process our solution stack to determine ideal partners and partner prospects.  Be able to clearly communicate ideal partner traits to the field sales organization.
  • Experience driving partner growth and advancement within a partner program.
  • Ability to work closely with and inspire current field sales organization to help drive our program and partner success.
  • Previous experience creating offers that will be used to help channel partners develop more business.  Ability to independently develop presentations and materials in support of these efforts.
  • Experience creating specialization tracks (e.g. by vertical, market segment) within the partner program consistent with the current go-to-market model, and promote these tracks to new or existing channel partners.
  • Discipline around consistently tracking multiple programs and communicating progress with partners and Fetch management.
  • Analytical approach to assessing program results and making recommendations for future improvements.


Experience/ Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years channel sales or marketing experience with a focus on SaaS
  • Familiarity in warehousing and logistics space a plus
  • Organized self-starter and strategic thinker, ready to OWN this area of our business
