Now, the role:
Lattice is looking for someone to be our first Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to support our Enterprise Sales team. This position is responsible for making sure that prospective customers understand the value of our platform with an emphasis on process discovery, best-practice consultation, and custom solution scoping. This is a great opportunity for an experienced SaaS Technical Account Manager or a Sales Engineer

What You'll Do:

    • As the first Sales engineering hire, you will help write the playbook for our Solution sales organization
    • You will conduct pre-sales discovery meetings, provide Executive presentations, and Lattice product demos in partnership with the Enterprise Sales team to customers throughout the sales cycle.  
    • You will serve as a technical advisor and product expert to run effective pilots for prospects and support closing deals through the process
    • You will help build technical qualification documentation for key platforms and integrations in partnership with the Product Marketing team
    • You will actively participate in the RFP process with the sales team to ensure alignment of solution scope/fit for the customer.
    • You will track product feature requests pre-sales and triage value of requests with Product team on a quarterly basis
    • You will ensure the proper solution scope is built into plans for implementation
    • Finally you will serve as an additional voice to support client on-boarding and ensure that pre-sales solutions are implemented properly through the customer lifecycle.


    • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role responsible for technical discussions in a sales engineering, implementation or technical account management capacity
    • Ability to simplify complex technical problems high to low/low to high - can get in the weeds if needed
    • Prior experience in HR technology working with People Ops and HR teamsPrior experience working at an early stage startup
