- Provide technical guidance around Squelch and the enterprise search/knowledge management space to prospects
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Manage Squelch trials for prospects
- Achieve technical acceptance from prospects, facilitate sales and achieve quarterly quotas 
- Proven sales engineering experience with a focus on presentation and communication skills
- Track record of over-achieving quota- Strong phone presence and experience managing a full schedule of demo presentations and trials
- Experience working with enterprise software solutions, understanding general enterprise security and access considerations for data
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Track record of success in a working remote and traveling environment
- Experience with being a team lead and mentor to other Systems Engineers
