About the Role - Leanplum is seeking a high performing marketing operations analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. The Revenue Operations team is responsible for the systems, processes, and reporting supporting the Go-to-Market organization. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be working closely with your primary client, the VP of Marketing, to optimize systems and processes related to the Marketing funnel. This role will require a strong systems understanding in addition to an analyst mindset to optimize the marketing funnel using data-driven insights.
 
 

Responsibilities

    • Track and analyze marketing campaigns and programs and channel effectiveness
    • Streamline reporting processes, and build/maintain dynamic dashboards of performance utilizing attributions that can be used for Bizible and Marketo
    • Provide strategic recommendations for marketing investment based on revenue, campaign data, web analytics, conversion rates, engagement minutes, etc
    • Build and refine lead, contact, and account scoring models, with a focus on increasing revenue and ROI
    • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database including governing attribution, and creating a taxonomy for things like verticals that map to best practice structures ie. Define “lifestyle” vertical
    • Manage administration of Marketo and ensure it is governed, policed and optimized for maximum lead nurture, flow, and conversion 
    • Evaluate new and existing technologies to support the marketing team’s lead generation efforts 
    • Conduct deep-dive analysis in SFDC, Marketo, and Bizable that provides the marketing team with decision support and analysis

Requirements

    • 3+ years relevant experience in marketing operations/analytics
    • Experience with Account Based marketing technologies and measurement systems including Demandbase, Engagio, Bizible, Salesforce, and Marketo
    • Extremely organized and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders driving toward the same goal
    • Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution and account-based marketing strategy, segmentation, measurement and processHigh attention to detail and accuracy
