International Analytics and Operations Manager Summary:

The role of the  International Analytics and Operations Manager encompasses the full lifecycle of planning, forecasting and business analysis, annual & pre-season planning, demand analysis, in-season review, and post-season review. The Manager will be responsible for providing data to drive growth and direction for the international business; EMEA, APAC & AMA. Additionally this role will help support the department operational needs.  This person will also work with multiple departments including Sales, Operations, and Finance to oversee and assist in International objectives, procedures, and reporting. 


As a Stance International Analytics and Operations Manager, you will:

  • Apply large data sets to communicate key insights to support growth
  • Drive data analysis for annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, seasonal planning & in-season forecasting
  • Be responsible for providing input in merchandise line planning, sales planning, demand analysis, and inventory level evaluations
  • Assist in the buying process by providing detailed demand analysis and recommending volume driving product units buys
  • Be responsible for all bookings reports using Full Circle, Domo, Rep Spark, and any additional reporting tools needed.
  • Manage the order file, including but not limited building the order forms, order deadline management, minimum review, ship dates, discounts, back order maintenance, ATS reports, order acknowledgments.
  • Manage the order entry, confirmation, invoice and shipment process.
  • Manage the sample/catalog coordination process.
  • Manage the In-Store order entry, confirmation, invoice and shipment process.
  • Manage all shipments including documentation and drop ship coordination.
  • Work with Finance on A/R collections and invoice coordination, and any other initiatives involving both departments.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to adhere to frequent deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities with internal and external team.
  • Previous experience with Full Circle and/ or Rep Spark is a plus.
  • Minimum five years experience performing coordination duties for an international department.
  • Attention to detail and a strong ability to problem solve.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
