VP of Human Resources
Are you an HR Visionary? We want to talk with you! We are looking for a VP Human Resources, reporting to the CEO, you will share a seat at the table devising strategies aimed at reshaping and championing LeanData’s culture and values.
·       Provide proactive and strategic guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that align the human resources agenda in support of key business strategies and initiatives in client groups
·       Influence leaders to take more accountability for talent, leadership development, employee development and to model desired behaviors
·       Identify the Human Resources implications of the corporate objectives. Develop and implement long-range solutions to meet identified needs
·       Establish and maintain the company's compensation system. This involves researching and understanding the current and upcoming competitive markets for employee pay and benefits
·       Direct the interpretation and application of Company policies throughout the organization
·       Review and analyze data from a variety of sources to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and the overall employee experience
·       Partner with business unit leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment. Assess training needs and identify appropriate solutions
·       Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate employees to achieve their full potential. Direct and maintain various programs and activities designed to promote a high level of employee engagement, like cultural initiatives, internal compensation, and duties benchmarking
·       Develop a competitive and mission appropriate compensation philosophy (base, bonus, equity) and practices to implement philosophy across all departments
Organizational Effectiveness & Enforcement Of LeanData Culture
·        Partner with leaders in creating a culture and work environment that supports the business strategy, encourages employee engagement and inspires performance excellence
·        Diagnose opportunities to improve the performance of the organization utilizing tools to measure organization effectiveness (e.g. 360 feedback, surveys, employee metrics) as well as informal awareness of pulse of the organization
·        Consult with various business leaders on enabling team effectiveness, and partner with the SR HR Manager on implementing impactful solutions
·        Ensure actions taken in the organization are aligned to LeanData culture
·        Utilize data and predictive analytics to identify organizational effectiveness opportunities and to measure the impact of efforts
·        Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
·       10+ years’ related experience and/or training in Organizational Development/Human Resources, ideally supporting G&A teams in high tech
·       Well developed leadership, facilitation and communication skills
·       Ability to think strategically and develop action plans to ensure results are achieved
·       Experience with developing and implementing compensation programs, career ladders/development, culture initiatives
·        Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of management and employees
·        Highly developed conflict management and negotiation skills
·       Displays integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
·       Shows expert analysis of data
·       Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy to resolve sensitive HR issues
·        Proven ability to work with managers to implement programs and solutions to achieve strategic business objectives.
·        Strong understanding of how employee engagement directly affects business results
