The Senior Platform Engineer will own, drive and deliver shared services (Auth, Audit logs, EventBus, notifications) and self-service tools at The self-service tools and applications are meant to enable engineering and product teams to automate manual and inefficient processes.



    • Take ownership and drive the technical vision of all shared services used in production at  These services include authentication/authorization, third-party token management, user and org management, audit logs, EventBus, and notifications.
    • Identify opportunities for self-service tooling and implement them to enable engineering and product teams.
    • Drive automation and standardization across the engineering team. 
    • Create tools for incident and change management. 
    • Work with the rest of the platform team and stakeholders to drive standardization across all monitoring, logging and observability solutions.
    • Review CI/CD pipelines and create guidelines and standards on the implementation of workflows and security. 



    • 5+ years of related experience.
    • A demonstrated focus on automation.
    • Proven experience with Python, Go, Terraform, and Ansible.
    • Experience with AWS deployment automation and service management.
    • Experience with CI/CD such as CircleCI and Jenkins.
